Erich Gotthardt
A little about Erich…
Licensed in Real Estate in 1999, Erich has helped his clients through buyers markets, sellers markets, and the market “Bubble” of 2007 when there was no market at all. He has worked for national, regional, and local companies, even operating his own brokerage for several years. Through his 25+ years of helping many buyers, sellers, and investors with their Real Estate needs, he’s learned that every home purchase or home sale is a little bit different and needs a personal touch. It’s not just a transaction; it’s about people and their dreams and goals. It’s treating people fairly, honestly, and with integrity.
Erich is a Marine Engineer graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy, and prior to Real Estate, he served with the Navy as a civilian mariner for eight years. His tours took him around the world, including Gulf War I and Somalia during Operation Restore Hope.
Erich lives in South Walpole with his wife Susan, an Oncology Research Nurse at the Beth Israel Hospital in Boston. He has two adult daughters, Emily and Kristin.
Do you have a favorite charity? Yes, pet shelters. A small percentage of each sale will go to a local pet shelter (one of your choosing if you have one).
What made you join Jack Conway? Jack Conway is probably the most client-focused brokerage in the area. With its 18 offices and 700+ agents servicing MA, RI, NH, and ME, it offers me a huge “in-house” network of agents that I’m able to collaborate with. As large as it is, it’s still run like a family business where everyone knows each other and is willing to help however they can.
What do you do outside of work? I enjoy staying active, hiking, camping (glamping), and spending time with my family. Additionally, my wife and I own a motorhome, and we travel and spend time together as much as life permits.
Do you have a pet? Yes, Cody, a rambunctious Golden Retriever who enjoys “The Good Life.”
What is your favorite thing about your job? I’m lucky in that I get to meet so many new and interesting people and help them with one of the biggest decisions of their life.
Favorite sports team? Go Sox!
