Mary Ann Henderson

Mary Ann Henderson is a real estate agent with the Jack Conway Dorchester office serving Dorchester, Quincy, Braintree, Milton, Roxbury, South Boston, Boston, and surrounding South Shore communities. Having grown up in Dorchester, she brings deep local knowledge and a strong understanding of the neighborhoods and communities throughout the Boston and South Shore housing markets. Mary Ann works with buyers, sellers, downsizing clients, and relocation clients across single-family homes, multi-family properties, and condominiums.

Before beginning her real estate career, Mary Ann owned and operated a successful group day care center in Braintree. Through that experience, she developed strong business management, organization, and communication skills that now help her guide clients through the real estate process while keeping transactions moving smoothly from start to finish.

Mary Ann is a Realtor® and participates in the Military on the Move program. She has also remained active in the local community, volunteering with elementary, middle, and high school PTO organizations in leadership roles including vice president and treasurer. Recognized as top in sales and listings within her office for the past two years, Mary Ann is known for her strong communication, organization, and commitment to helping clients navigate important real estate decisions.

Outside of real estate, Mary Ann enjoys Zumba, gardening, reading, and spending time helping others achieve their real estate goals.
