Hello and welcome to our Conway Country website. My name is Diane Arsenault and I would love to help you with your home buying, selling, or relocation needs.

If you are a buyer, I will sit down with you and listen to all of your wants and needs for your next house, whether it is your first home, a move-up property, or a retirement residence. I will help you to get pre-approved for a mortgage and email you new listings that meet your criteria on the day they arrive on the market. When you find the property you wish to buy, I will help you negotiate your best offer and be present at all inspections to represent you.

If you are selling a home, I will advise you on how to prepare your house for the market, and conduct a thorough comparative analysis of similar listings that are currently for sale or have recently sold. In this way, I will offer you an educated and informed suggestion for pricing your home to the marketplace. I will advertise your listing online and in print, conduct open houses, and provide you with prompt feedback every step of the way to the closing table.

After enjoying living in the beautiful coastal town of Marion for many years, my husband and I recently downsized to a new home in the equally beautiful town of Mattapoisett. combined we have 5 grown children, and 3 fabulous grandchildren.

This year of 2021 marks my sixth year as a Conway Agent and I have climbed the ladder of success going from Silver, to Gold to Platinum level agent.  I contribute my ucess to the training i have received through the company along with many years of business experience: I was the executive director of Downtown New Bedford, Inc. for 8 years, and Membership Director and Trade Show Manager for the New Bedford Chamber of Commerce for 25 years.
