When you find the home you want I will help you negotiate your best price and terms with the seller.

If you’re selling a home, I will help you determine an accurate asking price for your house by conducting a thorough comparative market analysis of homes in your area that are similar to yours—both on the market and recently sold. I will hold open houses and provide you with prompt feedback after every showing. If you need me to answer a question or address a concern, I will be readily accessible by phone, email, or text. I will accompany all home inspections and go over the findings with you. My goal is to sell your house swiftly and for the best price.

Raised in Oklahoma, I relocated to Massachusetts over 30 years ago. My husband Marc and I raised our four children, Hannah, Emma, Noah, and Jack in the city of Attleboro. I have been actively involved in local politics and community organizations.
