With more than 32 years of construction industry experience and 2.5 years in real estate, Dawn brings a unique combination of practical knowledge, operational experience, and personalized client service to every transaction. Before entering real estate, she spent more than three decades working in her family’s construction company, managing daily operations and developing extensive experience in construction management, infrastructure, and the long-term value of homes and properties.
Today, Dawn applies that experience to help buyers and sellers make informed real estate decisions with confidence. Her background provides clients with valuable insight into homes, construction quality, and property potential while helping guide them through every stage of the transaction process.
Known for her people-first approach, Dawn takes the time to fully understand each client’s goals, priorities, and circumstances. She focuses on creating a smooth and informed experience through clear communication, attention to detail, and consistent support from beginning to closing. She works with both buyers and sellers across a wide range of property types throughout the South Shore market.
In her first 2.5 years in real estate, Dawn has completed 14 transactions totaling more than $9.4 million in production and has earned 10 five-star client reviews.
