Meet Tom Liberty

Tom Liberty has been a licensed real estate professional with Jack Conway, since 2003. He brings a collaborative, client-focused approach to every transaction—whether representing buyers or sellers. Known for listening closely and communicating clearly, Tom guides clients through each step of the real estate process with confidence and care. His priority is delivering thoughtful, personalized service and building relationships that last long after closing.

With more than 39 years of sales and marketing experience, Tom offers seasoned expertise across residential sales, investment properties, development, and rental markets. He is recognized as a trusted advisor committed to his clients’ best interests, often describing his work as helping people make meaningful life decisions—not just real estate deals.

Tom is a member of the National Association of Realtors® and Luxury Portfolio International®, and holds several Jack Conway Company designations, including Military on the Move®, Relocation Specialist®, and Conway Senior Specialist serving clients 55+.

Before launching his real estate career, Tom held leadership roles in sales and operations with a major retailer in New York. After relocating to Boston, he shifted his focus to real estate, combining his marketing expertise with a passion for helping people achieve their homeownership goals.

In his spare time, Tom volunteers with a local nonprofit, teaching first-time homebuyer classes. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, hiking, yoga, and time outdoors with his canine companion, Paco.
