Hello! My name is Thomas Cummings, your next Real Estate Agent representing Jack Conway & Co. out of Sandwich, MA. I specialize in single-family and multi-family residential real estate in Sandwich, Mashpee, Bourne, Onset, and Wareham. Having spent my entire life living in the Upper Cape, I am extremely familiar with the historical and current trends in the market. My central location in Sandwich allows me to assist propsective buyers and sellers across Cape Cod and into Plymouth County.

As an Agent, I believe in providing honest, ethical, and top-notch quality of service to my clients. I also believe in a commitment to excellence, making sure my clients are well-informed, knowledgable, and fully assisted throughout the entire buying or selling process. When working with me, I'll go the extra mile to keep you updated, as well as equipping all that Jack Conway has to offer as a full-suite Real Estate Broker. Our job is to make this process as seamless as possible, and Jack Conway has all the tools necessary for success.

Outside of real estate, I am the co-founder of Grandson's Property Services, a property management company that assists second-homers, snowbirds, and the elderly on Cape Cod with day-to-day tasks, upkeep, and personal assistance while they are home or away. Our mission at Grandson's is to provide the best care and assistance possible to those who may not be able to do it themselves.

Whenever I have free time, I enjoy playing golf, going to the beach, visiting local breweries, and working on my fiancée and I's property with our two dogs. During the spring and summer, I coach AAU and American Legion baseball, the latter being on a volunteer basis. I am also an alumni of UMass Amherst, c/o 2019. I am a diehard Sox and Patriots fan. My favorite band is Red Hot Chili Peppers, Cities: Skylines is my favorite video game, and my favorite movie is Goodfellas. I'm always down for a good burger!
