As a first time home-buyer it can be a bit overwhelming--or so I heard. However!...the LXL team were absolutely incredible in taking the time to fully understand our priorities for our new home and always kept our best interest first! Linda Mellett was not only VERY quick to respond to all of our requests but to also set up showings and ALWAYS educating us on every little detail along the way so we never felt lost. She took the time to sit down with us on multiple occasions and presented to us materials we would be seeing in the future so we could ask questions up front and always were prepared for what came next. She had the most perfect way of explaining in simple terms the home buying process that someone (me!) with zero experience in real estate could understand. On the stress scale- this was about as easy as first time home buying could possibly be. We are THRILLED with our new home and the meaningful touches from the LXL team! Thank you!!
