Our agent Tom was knowledgeable about procedures and timelines. He kept in touch and always responded promptly. He "got the job done." For this we are grateful. However we never had a true advocate throughout this process. The focus was on getting the deal done with little attention to our personal situation and needs. The closing was a disaster. We found the experience stressful disappointing and exhausting. We are glad it's over and we can put it behind us.
