Wendy is wonderful! We have vacationed on the Cape many times but Wendy was so helpful and knowledgeable about Cape life! She walked us through everything; negotiated the offer (and furniture from seller) to showing us about the amortization and paying off the mortgage earlier. She even lent us her portable carpet/upholstery cleaner and ordered the solution for the machine. Wendy has become a friend and we were very lucky to be matched with her.
