It's been a long 5 years contemplating to sell or not sell. Over the past 5 years I have worked with 5 realtors and ended up bailing out. I felt they were out to line there pockets with my hard earned sweat and I'd walk away with owing and not breaking even and that's all I expected. Well I sat with William and told him all my hopes dreams and most of all my Fears. William not only did he take in to account all My Fears But he new how to deal with my Unique situation. He made me feel comfortable in the whole situation of selling In the end I have to say Not only did he have his own back he protected me and had mine and kept me safe and we both walked away with a good profit for me to start my life over.
