Tracy was very helpful in the sale of the property. She was receptive to my ideas and thoughts with respect to making the parcel more marketable. Once we had a serious buyer she stayed on top of things to make sure that everything went as we wanted even though there was a small hiccup due to an extension that the buyer needed. When we decide to sell our current house or look for a second home Tracy will the first person we contact to help represent us.
