We used David to sell our home and were quite pleased with the advice he gave us to get our home market ready in order to maximize our home's value. David also took care of all of the details from the open house and anything related to town inspections. He kept us up to date with every step of the closing process. We were able to sell very quickly which is what we were looking for. We will use David again as we look for a new home.
