I knew Gloria would do a thorough job of keeping track of what needed to be done and letting me know what I had to do. It was a little trickier because the condo was in the name of a trust. The co-trustee was a bank with a new outside company handling the real estate transactions. Contacting the right person at that company proved to be somewhat of a challenge but Gloria got it done. She let me know any time she was having trouble contacting the right people and I called my contact to help.
