My partner and I were lucky enough to have had Brandon Fuller as our Agent for our first home purchase in Randolph. As one could imagine we had tons of questions about how the process worked as everything was completely new to us. Brandon could not have been more patient responsive and kind. He engendered a great degree of trust from us. He would always be available to us if we needed to bounce an idea/thought/question off of him. He was proactive in checking up on us if we hadn't been in touch with him in a couple of days such as when we were deep in the weeds of getting our mortgage approved. Feeling like our real estate agent had our back at all times was so critical to keeping my partner and I calm and sane and Brandon definitely made us feel that way! Brandon was also a great asset to have while going through open houses. He was able to point out to us structural issues with houses we were viewing things that we would never have picked up on ourselves. He also was able to help us understand our home inspection in greater detail and provided us with a few ideas on how to heat our house in the most efficient and effective way possible.
