Every once in a while if you are truly lucky you meet a very special person when you least expect it. That person for me is Debra Fonger. I was at a huge crossroad in my life and needed to make a move quickly. I knew no realtors in Rhode Island where I was moving to so I had to do what a lot of people do....go on the internet. Debra's picture stood out to me as if saying "I am the one for you"! I called her that night. Without going into a lot of detail I was not in the best frame of mind and really needed someone to hold my hand through the process of searching for a place to live.Debra's warmth sense of humor empathy and patience along with her knowledge of the area and the process in general got me through one of the toughest times in my life. She never lost patience with me even through my constant emails and phone calls. Even when the particular property we looked at did not work out (bank issues) and I was feeling like it was the end of the world I will never forgot her calling me and her saying "everything happens for a reason" and those words stayed with me years later and got me through a very hard time.Even years after this particular experience with Debra and having moved out of the area I from time to time contacted her and asked her for help looking for realtors in my area asking for referrals for my son and she has always responded immediately.I always tell Debra that if I win the lottery she will be the first person I will call because there is no one else I would trust as much and no one else I could ever imagine sharing the experience of buying a place with.Debra is one in a million and anyone who is fortunate enough to meet her will agree with me.Martha Brown
