Kathy helped me sell my Mother's house in Hanson. She went above and beyond what a real estate agent is expected to do. As I no longer live in the area she saved me many hour-long trips down the southeast expressway to meet repairmen at the house. She was great at negotiating issues and always kept me in the loop about what was going on. Cannot thank her enough for all she did.
