Robert was very helpful at finding us a renter for our apartment. In the past we had looked for tenants ourselves and the process usually took a few months and A LOT of legwork. With Robert taking care of things it only took a few weeks and I didn't have to do anything. Plus the people he found are professional and great tenants! I will never look for tenants myself again! Robert himself is professional intelligent and quick to return phone calls and emails. He did not mind taking the time to help me understand how the process works when a Realtor finds a tenant.
