Why am I limited to 5 stars? Cheryle represented us as a buyer broker. Her knowledge of the area and real estate in general made us confident in her researching and identifying properties to show us. When we toured properties her eye for detail was amazing; she helped us quickly recognize a  "problem" property and steer clear. Once we decided on a property she provided clear and direct assistance with negotiations which went smoothly and quickly even with a deal that had some level of complexity. During the closing process there were some issues and again Cheryle provided expertise and guidance. Bottom line is that she brings together integrity expertise and excellent communications to what can be a difficult process to navigate
