David helped us sell my mother-in-law's home. From our first meeting he was professional polite and VERY responsive. He offered helpful advice throughout the entire process and provided some great contacts for local contractors and services. This was our first time selling a home and he patiently helped us understand the selling process as well as endured/answered hundreds of questions from my wife and I. If David didn't have the answer he has a rich network of resources to help out... And he will get back to you faster than you expect! He's genuine honest and easy to work with. We never felt like he was taking advantage of us and he explained the fees commissions and different scenarios how our sale might play out. He helped us develop a sales strategy that aligned with our goals and helped maximize profit while remaining fair to all parties involved. He helped us prepare for the surprising emotional side of selling your childhood/parent's home.. Additionally since this was our first sale he helped us prepare for the roller coaster of feelings you will experience during the various phases of the sale. His marketing was excellent. The brochures photography videography mail campaign were all so incredible looking we couldn't believe it. The open house weekend went fantastic with large crowds showing up both days (during the covid pandemic no less). He made sure everyone followed covid guidance for PPE and crowds. We had many offers and accepted one within a week. Like any complicated process there were a couple snags to deal with. David handled each issue professionally helping us understand our options and make better choices. There is little doubt in my mind that his coaching helped us avoid serious issues and recover from others with the same or better results than originally anticipated. In all honesty I can't think of a single thing to criticize David on during the prep marketing sale and closing of our home. Great job!
