Deb Forbes was my amazing home hunting partner. That's how I saw her anyways. She worked with me for a while combing through condos and townhomes in my area. Deb would know upon entry to the location whether it was right for me or not. It was like she was inside my head. She thought of what was right for me and my 1-year old son. I opened up my search to single family homes by her request and the first one we saw I put in an offer. It was perfect for me and my boy on a dead end road in a sweet established neighborhood. We've been here for over a year now and couldn't be happier. The process was professional and very personal as well. It's such a huge life decision and to trust it to a stranger is so scary especially if you are a first time buyer. Through all of the paperwork and communication back and forth with the seller or mortgage company Deb was constantly keeping me informed. I felt at ease. On the rare occasion that Deb didn't know an answer to one of my many questions she never tried to fumble through it she was direct told me she didn't know and would find out the answer. Deb is intelligent and down to earth. I felt comfortable sharing my concerns and ideas with her which is so important when going down the home-buying road. My brother also used her as his agent when he was purchasing his first home. Our family is so happy with the service we received from Deb. She still checks in with me about how we are loving our home. I'm so glad we chose to work with her. I can't recommend her highly enough I wish there were 6 stars!! I've included a little picture.
