Colleen Cupples

Hi! My name is Colleen Cupples, and I am a real estate agent in the Jack Conway Marshfield office. This is my fifth year in real estate, and it has been the most rewarding career I’ve had. I primarily serve the South Shore, but I’ve worked with clients from Boston to the Cape. If I don’t personally service a particular area, I’m always happy to connect you with a trusted professional who does.

I am a Realtor, Relocation Specialist, and my most recent designation is a Pricing Strategy Advisor. I’ve also completed Ninja Selling training to further enhance my skills and better serve my clients.

Before entering real estate, I worked for Elizabeth Grady as an esthetician, makeup artist, and in retail sales. I also bartended and served at a popular restaurant in Marshfield, where I met some wonderful people, many of whom have since become lifelong friends.

I live in Marshfield with my husband and our two boys. I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach, traveling, and staying active at the gym. I’m also involved in our local schools and regularly volunteer at community events.

Some of my proudest moments have come from navigating complex real estate transactions and earning the trust of my clients. This career has helped me grow both personally and professionally. The relationships I’ve built and the confidence I’ve gained have even inspired me to advocate for positive changes in our community—something I attribute directly to the experiences I’ve had in real estate.
