Colleen Cupples

Colleen Cupples is a Massachusetts REALTOR® with Jack Conway’s Marshfield office who helps buyers and sellers navigate real estate throughout the South Shore, from Boston to Cape Cod. Her primary markets include Marshfield, Pembroke, Duxbury, Plymouth, and Rockland. As a Marshfield resident herself, Colleen brings firsthand local knowledge to clients considering a move in the community.

Colleen began her real estate career in 2020 and has since completed more than 50 transactions. She works with clients at many different stages, including first-time homebuyers, upsizers, downsizers, and people navigating important life changes. Her property experience includes both single-family homes and condominiums.

Before entering real estate, Colleen worked in sales, experience that contributes to her ability to communicate, understand client priorities, and guide a transaction forward. She also has a strong interest in marketing and enjoys using it as part of her approach to helping buyers and sellers.

Colleen is a PSA and a member of the relocation team. She has also been recognized among the top agents in sales and volume during individual months and has earned five-star client ratings.
