Deborah Squires

Deborah Squires has been a MA. licensed real estate agent for the past twenty seven years. She has a B.S. in Education. She has the knowledge and experience necessary to create a smooth "sale"ing home buying or selling experience for her clients. She can guide buyers on the pros and cons of choosing owner occupied multi family versus single family purchases. She also can assist sellers on guidance through a pre-foreclosure process they may find themselves in. Experienced with the following:  1031 exchanges, Estates, license to sell, heirs and personal representative sales coordination. Her former experience as a middle school teacher has equipped her with many tools necessary in the real estate industry, i.e. communication, negotiation, team player, organization, planning & keeping current on new methods and strategies. She served 5 years on the grievance committee at North Shore Association of Realtors where she learned the importance of conflict resolution. Deborah enjoys golf, family time and daily walks along the ocean.
