With over seven years of real estate experience, Hayley Buonopane brings a deep knowledge of the North Shore and Southern New Hampshire markets, along with a sharp eye for detail and a heart for service. Before entering real estate, Hayley spent many years as a Human Resources leader in the financial industry. Today, in addition to her work as a Realtor®, she runs a successful small business that offers coaching, training, mediation, and speaking engagements across the country.

Originally from London, England, Hayley now calls the North Shore home. She thrives in her coastal community and finds peace walking along the beach in every season. A devoted mom to her 9-year-old daughter, she balances family life with her love of travel, reading, and true crime documentaries. One of her proudest career moments came when she helped two Coast Guards relocating from California purchase their home sight unseen—an experience that speaks to her clients’ trust and her unwavering commitment.
