Ina Nee is a licensed Realtor® with The Nee Team at Jack Conway, helping buyers and sellers navigate the Massachusetts South Shore real estate market with clarity, strategy, and personalized service.

Within The Nee Team, Ina leads the firm's strategic marketing, content creation, digital visibility, and lead generation efforts. She develops the messaging and marketing strategies that help listings stand out, keep clients informed, and strengthen the team's connection to the communities they serve. Alongside her husband and business partner, Justin Nee, who brings expertise in real estate investing, financial services, negotiation, and transaction strategy, Ina provides clients with the benefit of two dedicated real estate professionals working toward one shared goal.

Before transitioning into real estate, Ina spent more than 15 years in financial services and technology, including serving as a Senior Software Consultant supporting institutional investment banks. Her professional background shaped the analytical, organized, and data-driven approach she brings to market analysis, pricing strategy, client communication, and business planning. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Suffolk University.

Having lived in Quincy, Braintree, Weymouth, and now Hanover, Ina has firsthand knowledge of the South Shore communities she serves. She works with clients throughout Hanover, Weymouth, Norwell, Marshfield, Hull, Scituate, Plymouth, Braintree, Duxbury, and surrounding communities.

Ina enjoys helping first-time homebuyers, move-up families, downsizers, investors, luxury clients, new construction buyers, and multigenerational families make informed and confident real estate decisions. Fluent in both English and Albanian, she is proud to provide bilingual support and personalized guidance throughout every step of the buying or selling process.
