Jill Tardiff

Jill Tardiff is the Office Manager for Jack Conway's Wareham and Mattapoisett offices, providing leadership, coaching, and support to real estate agents on the South Coast of Massachusetts. Licensed since 2010, Jill has spent the past eight years in management, building a collaborative office culture where agents have the training and resources they need to succeed.

Jill's offices serve buyers and sellers in Wareham, Onset, Buzzards Bay, Mattapoisett, Marion, Rochester, Fairhaven, and neighboring communities. Last year, her offices generated approximately $145 million in sales volume with more than 225 transactions.

Jill's leadership has been recognized with the Presidential Award (2023), Manager of the Year (2023), Spirit Award (2024), and Leadership Award (2025). These honors reflect her commitment to developing people, strengthening office culture, and helping agents reach their professional goals.

Beyond the office, Jill is dedicated to giving back to the communities she serves. She has volunteered with the Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels, and local food pantries, and previously served as President of MOMS Club International – Teays Valley Chapter.

Known for her approachable leadership style, commitment to professional development, and genuine investment in the success of others, Jill continues to build an office culture where agents feel supported, challenged, and equipped to thrive.
