Jodi Neagle

Jodi Neagle began her real estate career in 2005 in Scituate, Massachusetts, the coastal town where her roots and local connections run deep. With a mother who also worked in real estate, Jodi was introduced to the business early on. More than 20 years and over $200 million in career sales later, she's built her own successful career around something she values most: the relationships she develops with her clients.

Based at Jack Conway's Scituate office, Jodi works with buyers and sellers throughout Scituate, Cohasset, Marshfield, Hingham, Norwell, and surrounding South Shore communities. Her extensive local market knowledge and longstanding relationships with area agents and lenders provide valuable insight throughout the buying and selling process.

Whether working with first-time homebuyers, clients looking to downsize, or those searching for luxury properties, Jodi believes in taking the time to truly understand what her clients are looking for. For her, real estate has never been about making a quick deal. It's about finding the right home and building relationships that last well beyond the closing. One of her favorite parts of the business is running into past clients years later and hearing how much they still love their homes.

Since 2016, Jodi has had the pleasure of working alongside her daughter, Courtney Durkin. Together, they combine their experience, local knowledge, and modern marketing strategies to help clients navigate today's real estate market.

Outside of real estate, Jodi is a proud mother of three and enjoys watching her grandchildren play hockey and field hockey. A longtime member of Scituate Racquet Club and former member of Scituate Harbor Yacht Club and Scituate Country Club, her connections to the community remain an important part of her life.

For Jodi, the most rewarding part of real estate isn't simply helping someone buy or sell a home. It's knowing they've found the right place and are still happy there years later.
