John Fachy

Hi, I’m John (nickname Johnny 5)  and I’m very excited to be a part of the Jack Conway sales agent team!  I’m a life long resident of the greater Boston area currently residing in Quincy’s Adams Shore neighborhood  I’ve owned my early 20th century Bachelor Pad Bungalow since 1993 and while initially overwhelmed by the challenges of home ownership it’s actually been quite rewarding keeping me mentally and physically in check!  Prior to becoming a home owner I enjoyed apartment living in Jamaica Plain, Canton, West Roxbury, Dorchester and Brighton.  I’m a local area guy right down to my infamous Boston accent and ready to help you navigate the processes related to a home purchase or apartment rental unit!  I’m looking forward to putting my expertise and experiences to work for you! 

My career escapades prior to joining the Jack Conway team was a varied mix of sales, customer service and skills coaching types of employment.  I especially enjoyed my coaching roles partnering with individuals in building their confidence and achieving their goals related to finances, physical well being, effective communication and presentation skills, professional appearance, job coaching for challenged individuals and behind the wheel driving instruction.  Coaching is very rewarding and fun!   

I’m not all work and no play!  I have a lot of energy and enjoy staying physically fit, buying, selling and collecting mid-century paraphernalia, international travel when my budget allows and hanging out with family, friends and my Chihuahua Mad Maxx.
