First, let me welcome and thank you for taking the time to consider me, Kim Gravel, to work tirelessly for you and your real estate success story. I truly understand that a real estate transaction is not just about land and a building; it also involves feelings, your life and dreams. I will listen to your specific needs and do everything in my power by using my skilled experience, state of the art technology, current market data, strong research and negotiating skills, constant communication, building construction knowledge, experience in increasing property values and of course my expert design and staging skills to give you a positive outcome and experience from beginning to end.
Because of my unique background and career experiences, I have expertise in all aspects that create an exemplary real estate agent. Starting off with my BS degree from the University of Rhode Island in Merchandising & Design, lengthy sales and marketing experience, project management, 15 years as a landscape designer & successful business owner, keen negotiating skills, extensive experience with financial and marketing analysis, superior communication and customer service skills and an unparalleled passion for real estate.
I am also a real estate investor who has been professionally educated and trained in strategies from Fiix n Flip, Income or Holding Properties, Social housing, Short-Term Rental and Creative Financing. I can share a wealth of knowledge and expert strategies including things like running the numbers to ensure an investment works, financing strategies including creative methods. I have hands on experience rehabilitating homes, including redesigning, acting as the general contractor and turning them around for sizeable profits as well as holding income producing properties.
I grew up and currently reside in Taunton with my husband David along with my children, Victoria and Jake and fur babies, Lily and Holly. I loved being involved and volunteering in both Victoria & Jake's schools and PTO's and now enjoy volunteering in the community. I am a member of RASEM, NGUSA and other civic organizations.
For Sellers: I will utilize all the skills that have led me to be a "Top 5" Agent in my company including giving you my expert guidance as a designer to stage your home room by room, offer advice to enhance your "curb appeal" and provide you with a proven marketing strategy to maximize the earning potential of your home
For Buyers: On day 1, I will share with you the step by step process that you will be going through during this fun and exciting time. So, you know what to expect at every stage. One of the 1st steps is you will need to get pre-approved for a mortgage to understand your limit and comfort level and I can help if you don't already have a lender. Once we are out looking, I have proven strategies to help you "win the bid" in any market environment. This is critical as there are different strategies given the market condtions. I will be with you every step of the way explaining the process, supplying you with listings as soon as they arrive on the market, expertly negotiating the final deal and accompanying you to the ever so exciting final walk through and closing.
