Linda Daichman
Linda Elaine Daichman is a Massachusetts native and Massachusetts real estate agent with Jack Conway’s Marshfield office, serving clients in Marshfield, Scituate, Duxbury, Hanover, Pembroke, Plymouth, and surrounding South Shore communities. She has a particularly strong connection to Marshfield’s Rexhame Beach community, where her family has had a home for generations and where she has personally owned property for 24 years.
Linda’s path into real estate began with her own experience as a vacation-home owner. In 2022, she began renting her Rexhame Beach home seasonally. She wanted to find a way for the property to pay for itself and generate income while still preserving it as a place for her and her family to enjoy. By creating a successful seasonal rental, Linda gained firsthand experience with the practical realities of owning and renting a vacation property. She continues to use the property as a family vacation home, allowing her and her family to enjoy the property while it also generates income.
That experience naturally led Linda to begin helping friends, family, and other property owners with seasonal vacation and long-term rentals, including winter rentals. Since becoming licensed in Massachusetts on March 13, 2025, Linda’s business has expanded from renting her own property to helping clients with seasonal vacation rentals, long-term rentals, and residential purchases and sales.
As a property owner, Linda has purchased and sold properties throughout her lifetime, including 8 purchases and 6 sales across 3 states. Her experience as a property owner gives her firsthand perspective on the decisions involved in buying, selling, owning, and generating income from residential property.
Linda’s connection to Rexhame Beach began with her parents’ generation. Her parents purchased a beach house in Rexhame in 1978 and made it their year-round home in 1988. Linda spent every summer there growing up and, in 1989, moved to Rexhame with her parents while commuting to UMass Boston. After graduating from UMass Boston in 1994, she moved to Houston, Texas, but continued to return to Rexhame Beach each summer. In 2002, she purchased her first cottage in Rexhame.
Linda continued that tradition with her own family, bringing her three sons to Rexhame each summer. Although she spent 30 years in Houston, Rexhame remained an important part of her life and a place where she and her family spent their summers. Her connection to the community spans generations and gives her a personal understanding of Rexhame Beach and Marshfield not only as a place to own property, but as a place to live, vacation, and raise a family.
Before entering real estate, Linda worked in several professional roles, including as a receptionist at a private school in Houston and as an environmental consultant specializing in wetlands delineation in Houston, Texas. She also trained assistance dogs for people with disabilities.
Known for her approachable style, communication, and attention to detail, Linda focuses on understanding each client’s goals and providing clear, honest guidance throughout the real estate process. Today, she is building her real estate business across the South Shore, working with property owners on vacation and long-term rentals and with clients involved in residential purchases and sales.
Linda’s real estate brand, Marshfield Summer Rental, grew from her experience as a property owner and has evolved into a broader real estate business serving the South Shore.
