Lois Baho
I joined the Jack Conway Company in 1995. Prior to my Real Estate career, I worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts serving in various state agencies as a Financial Analyst and Fiscal Manager. Having grown up in Dedham and now living in West Roxbury, I know the areas well in which I work. " Serving the Neighborhoods of Boston and surrounding communities" has been my by-line!
I am a graduate of the former Bryant and Stratton College, where I majored in Fashion Merchandising and Design. I received my Paralegal Certificate from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. I received my Real Estate License in 1992 and I am a Notary.
Continuing education has always been part of my careers. I am always taking classes and attending seminars for personal /professional development and to keep up with the ever changing world of Real Estate! I am a CRS, (Certified Residential Specialist). This national designation is held by less than 5% of Real Estate agents. I also earned the designation of GRI, (Graduate of Real Estate Institute), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource).
In addition to the National Designations, I have the Jack Conway Company designations of CDE (Conway Degree of Excellence), Conway Senior Specialist, Relocation Specialist and Conway Management Training. I was also awarded the "Extra Mile Award" for my service to clients and I have been named a top lister or seller during my many years in the company.
As a REAL ESTATE AGENT, I am a member of the Greater Boston Board, MAR and NAR. I serve on the Board's Grievance Committee/Professional Standards.
