Matthew Bruffee
Matthew Bruffee believes a home is far more than a structure — it is the setting where life unfolds, memories are created, and futures begin. Affiliated with the Jack Conway Lakeville office, Matthew brings a thoughtful, creative, and highly strategic approach to Massachusetts real estate, serving clients throughout the South Shore, Plymouth County, Cape Cod, and surrounding communities including Lakeville, Middleboro, Raynham, Taunton, Bridgewater, East Bridgewater, West Bridgewater, Wareham, Carver, Plymouth, Kingston, Halifax, Plympton, Bourne, Sagamore, Freetown, Acushnet, Berkeley, Norton, Falmouth, Sandwich, Marion, Mattapoisett, and Fairhaven.
With over 10 years of involvement in real estate and nearly 4 years as a licensed Massachusetts Realtor®, Matthew combines visionary thinking with practical expertise to help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate one of life’s most meaningful transitions. His experience spans new construction, single-family homes, multifamily properties, condominiums, mobile homes, and commercial office properties, allowing him to guide clients across a broad range of real estate needs.
Matthew’s professional background extends far beyond traditional real estate. His career includes executive leadership, nonprofit administration, fundraising, hospitality, marketing, education, large-scale event production, and luxury real estate operations. Originally shaped by the fast-paced energy of New York’s entertainment and nonprofit sectors, he later returned to Massachusetts to reconnect with community, relationships, and his New England roots. These experiences helped develop the communication, negotiation, management, leadership, and creative problem-solving skills that now define his client approach.
Known for his genuine nature, caring sensibilities, focus, creativity, and strong work ethic, Matthew understands that successful real estate representation requires far more than simply listing or showing a property. Sellers benefit from strategic positioning, thoughtful marketing, presentation guidance, and skilled negotiation. Buyers benefit from an advocate who listens carefully, understands their goals, and navigates changing market conditions with professionalism and clarity.
Matthew also brings a strong understanding of visual storytelling, staging sensibility, customer relations, and marketing strategy. His background in the arts and leadership allows him to help clients recognize potential, prepare properties to stand out, and make informed decisions with confidence.
A graduate of the Conway College of Real Estate Knowledge, Matthew was recognized for doubling gross sales year over year from 2024–2025. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. He is also Ethics and Fair Housing trained and proudly provides an LGBTQ+ friendly and inclusive client experience.
Backed by the respected resources of Jack Conway, Matthew offers clients personalized service grounded in trust, communication, integrity, and genuine care — helping clients not simply purchase or sell property, but confidently move into their next chapter.
