Nancy Hughes is a Certified Relocation Specialist with over 35 years of experience helping clients buy and sell real estate. She holds a Broker’s License and has earned numerous company designations throughout her career, including Silver Circle, Gold Circle, and other top honors with Jack Conway. Nancy is also a Ninja Graduate and Military On The Move Certified, reflecting her commitment to continued education and exceptional service.

Nancy offers extensive knowledge of the North Shore real estate market, including  Swampscott, Marblehead, Salem, Nahant, Lynn, and surrounding communities. She previously served as Office Manager for Jack Conway in Swampscott, giving her a strong leadership background and a deep understanding of both the business and operational sides of real estate.

Before entering real estate, Nancy was a public school math teacher, a background that sharpened her communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. As a parent of three children who attended public schools, she takes pride in her firsthand knowledge of local school systems,an invaluable resource for families relocating to the area.

Nancy lives in Swampscott and enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, entertaining, traveling, and boating.

Her proudest professional achievement was helping a family of six relocate from the Dominican Republic to the United States—first finding them a rental, then later helping them purchase their first home, and years after that assisting with office space for the mother, now an attorney in Boston. For Nancy, real estate is about more than transactions—it’s about helping people build lives, achieve dreams, and create lasting futures.
