Howdy, my name is Randy Veraguas, and I love being an Agent in the Hull office.
Hull is a magical place. The whole South Shore is wonderful but Hull has a soft spot in my heart. When growing up in Texas, we'd come to H St. in Hull for summer vacations. Driving over the bridge on Washington street had us all squeeling with delight and no matter temperature, we'd have the windows rolled down to take in the deepest breaths possible of the best scent on earth....Nantasket Beach.
It's hard to believe sometimes that I've been here 13 straight years now. I'm on the board of the Hull Chamber of Commerce, the board of the Hull Cultural Council, a member of the Hull Artists and the Exec. Dir. of the Hull Film Office.
As an Agent, my job is to make sure that my clients are fully involved and fully informed, and have all the information to make the right real estate decisions for them and their families. As an adult, there have been many places I was fortunate to call home, including California, Key West, The French Riveria, and Greece to name a few...but when it was time to get serious and settle down to raise my son, there was no other place on earth but Hull. Haven Veraguas graduated valedictorian and was class president and got into his first choice, Berklee College of Music. So yes, dreams can come true here! It really is a magical place.
