Purchasing a first home can feel exciting and overwhelming at the same time. Sharyn takes the time to listen to her clients’ needs, answer their questions, and explain each step clearly—from preparing financially and obtaining mortgage preapproval to exploring communities, attending open houses, making an offer, and preparing for closing. Her calm, approachable, and no-pressure style helps buyers feel informed and supported as they make one of life’s most important decisions.
Sharyn’s connection to the South Shore runs deep. She grew up in Halifax, moved to Plympton during high school, and spent time in Brant Rock from an early age through her mother’s connection to Marshfield. Today, Sharyn lives in the Green Harbor area of Marshfield and enjoys the coastal lifestyle and sense of community that make the South Shore such a special place to call home. Her local roots and familiarity with the area allow her to offer buyers valuable insight as they consider where they want to live.
Before beginning her real estate career, Sharyn spent 29 years as a stay-at-home mom raising her family while volunteering and remaining active in her community. As a mother of two young adults, she understands the importance of patience, communication, and dependable support. Those qualities now shape the way she serves her real estate clients.
Sharyn became a REALTOR® because of her genuine interest in the real estate market and her desire to help people achieve their goal of homeownership. She believes every buyer deserves an agent who listens carefully, communicates clearly, and puts their needs first.
