Susan Babb, CRP, GRP
As Director of Relocation and Corporate Services at Jack Conway, I lead the company’s relocation division and serve as the primary liaison to our global relocation network, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®.
I have the privilege of assisting individuals and families moving into or out of Conway Country, whether across town, across the country, or around the world. My role includes working closely with relocation management companies, corporate partners, affiliated brokers and our network of experienced real estate professionals to ensure every move is handled with care, efficiency and personalized attention.
In addition to overseeing our relocation operations, I manage a number of key company programs and partnerships, including Military on the Move®, the Referral Registry, Conway Senior Specialists, affinity partnerships, Corporate Services and Conway Country Insurance.
With more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, I bring a deep understanding of the many moving parts involved in a successful relocation. I was proud to help Jack Conway achieve LeadingRE’s prestigious RELO Quality Certification (RQC), a distinction that reflects our company’s commitment to exceptional relocation service and performance.
I currently serve as Co-Chair of the LeadingRE Advisory Council and am an active member of the Relocation Directors Council (RDC) and Worldwide ERC. I hold the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Relocation Professional (GRP) designations.
What I enjoy most about my work is helping people navigate what can be a complex and emotional transition. My goal is always to make the relocation experience as seamless as possible, minimize disruption and connect each client with the right resources and professionals every step of the way.
Outside of real estate, I’m a passionate cook who loves entertaining and creating memorable gatherings for family and friends. My longtime partner and I have six wonderful daughters between us, along with two grandchildren who bring tremendous joy to our lives. Our family is rounded out by our two rescue pups, Tabitha and Quade, who make sure life is never too quiet.
