I never post a listing until the property is pristine and ready to present itself to Buyers. First impressions always matter. This will often result in multiple offers with excellent terms for my Sellers. Educating my Buyers and offering insight and expertise in many scenarios alleviates much of the stress and anxiety of buying a new home. We go through the process, step by step, together and always with support and understanding.
Having been a business owner of a mid-size corporation for over 12 years, a current landlord, a wife of over 37 years and a mother of three young adults and 2.5 beautiful grandchildren, I feel that I have the compassion, experience, integrity and understanding that drives my passion to help others be successful home ownership.
