Susan Warner Sullivan is consistently one of the top-producing agents company-wide. She and her husband have lived in Hingham for more than 32 years and raised their three children here. West Dennis has been her summer home for nearly 50 years, so she knows a thing or two about living on the Cape! Susan became an agent in 2019, and before that, she helped her friend open Sadie Mae’s Cupcake Cafe, which was a huge learning opportunity and so much fun!

Susan’s passion lies in helping her clients through the journey of buying or selling a home. In addition to her extensive knowledge of Hingham, Scituate, Cohasset, Weymouth, Marshfield, Braintree and the South Shore, she is also able to serve your needs on Cape Cod. Her expertise is in the Dennis/Yarmouth/Harwich areas, including Wrinkle Point and the Fingers in West Dennis, but she is also familiar with and has done business in other areas on the Cape as well.
