Valena Lugay is a real estate agent and Realtor® with Jack Conway's Dorchester office. Valena specializes in serving clients throughout Boston and surrounding communities including Dorchester, Roxbury, Mattapan, South End, Hyde Park, Randolph, Holbrook, Stoughton, Brockton, Avon, Quincy, Dedham, Milton, Brookline, Boston, and East Boston. She works with buyers, sellers, renters, and investors across properties such as condos, residential properties, multi-family properties, rentals, and seller listings.  With a focus on first-time buyers, sellers, rental listings, and those exploring investment opportunities in the Greater Boston area, Valena is committed to educating and guiding throughout the entire process.

With over four years of real estate experience and a strong banking and finance background, Valena has guided 25+ clients through purchases, rentals, tenant placement, and property sales. Having grown up throughout Boston, she brings a strong understanding of the local neighborhoods, pricing trends, and market conditions. Her interest in real estate began early, accompanying her father to work as he focused on home renovations, wood carving, furniture making, and restoring original woodwork. This created the foundation giving her a lasting appreciation for craftsmanship and the character of Boston homes.
