As a first time seller I wasn't sure what to expect from a Real Estate Agent. Judy McCann went above and beyond to insure our property had the best advantage to sell even with the Holiday Season approaching. With the property not my primary residence Judy met with the Fire Department to insure the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors where installed correctly.
