When I say Michele exceeded my expectations and I hole heartedly recommend her I truly mean it. I first met Michelle when she was the listing agent for a condo that I was interested in. There was a bidding war on the condo and it went a bit out of my price range. Michelle she said she would help me find a place that would meet all the needs I wanted. Michele showed me a condo that another agent was listing. I loved the place and made an offer that the seller excepted. We signed the P&S and scheduled the home inspection I used the inspection company Michelle recommended. The inspector found some issues that were potentially very costly fixes. The place fell through. I was so disappointed and so was Michelle. The very next day she showed me another condo that was perfect. She worked with the seller and their listing agent to do a quick sale and she made it happen!!I am now happy condo owner!! Michele not only worked her magic to make this quick sale happen but her contacts home inspection real estate attorney and home insurance were all wonderful to work with. So you are not only getting a fabulous agent you also can use her very professional contacts that have your best interest in mind.My only problem is I may not have the opportunity to work with Michele again because I love my new home so much.Thank you Michelle you are a awesome real estate agent and a fantastic person.Take CareJim
