Dear jack ConwayI am very grateful to Diane Dorgan for her diligence in helping me find my new home. It was somewhat urgent that I move ahead to purchase a place quickly and she began researching without delay. She had a good idea as to what I was looking for and where and knew what my budget constraints were. She contacted me immediately when a condo came up and she encouraged me to look at it that day because she knew it would go fast. (At the time I wasn't too sure that a condominium was the answer). Her description of it was "spot on" and I immediately fell in love with it. I made an offer within 12 hours and it was accepted. She walked me through the whole complicated and grueling process keeping all parties in the loop. Her persistence and confidence gave me the courage to stay on task (since everything is contingent upon deadlines) and to follow instructions without delay. It was a happy ending to a happy beginning and I thank her from the bottom of my heart for all of the hard work she put in to helping me own my lovely comfy home.
