I would not hire anyone other than Sherrell Prefontaine for buying or selling a home. She not only does everything with the most efficiency but picks up the slack when others involved in the process move too slow. All my concerns were addressed with urgency. My closing on selling my home and purchasing my new home was difficult and yet Sherrell got it done! She is amazing to do business with and I highly recommend using her for your real estate needs.
