I am a firm believer in "the ends justifies the means." To that end John had my house under agreement 7 days from listing at a price that I was happy with. I cannot have complaints about that. My issues come from the overall feeling that John never had my interest in mind. At times I felt as though he was more working towards the buyer. John brought issues to my attention that never should have been brought to my attention instead they were minor issues that he should have dealt with before ever bringing them to my attention. It wasn't until I had my attorney step in and start communicating with John that I finally felt I had someone working for me. I found John to be an exceptionally nice man however I will not be passing on any further recomendations.I wish him all the best in the future.
