Tom was a big help!! He did everything he could to get us the best deal he could and we were able to sell our condo and get asking price. He helped in every aspect of the sale. He even went above and beyond to help us get ready for the walk through. Any time he had the buyers come to the house he even made sure our dog was taken care of. I would recommend Tom anytime to anyone and I would absolutely use him again. I'll hopefully be ready in a year or so to buy again and he will be the first one I call.
